Overview
Designed for Walkway and Step Applications
The Pixel-Free LED™ PW is a 25mm circular profile LED built specifically for recessed installation in walkway channels, step nosing grooves, and architectural path lighting. The 25mm diameter fits standard profile extrusions used in commercial and architectural construction. The seamless output — with zero visible pixel hotspots — produces the clean, continuous line of light that elevated walkway installations require.
The PW is side-to-side flexible with a 190mm minimum bend radius, which means it handles gradual curved paths and step nosing corner transitions without a separate corner connector. For straight runs, it installs in the channel and stays there — 24V DC power, two-pin connection (Red+ / Black-), and no DMX controller required for single-color models.
Like all products in the Pixel-Free LED™ line, the PW is made to order. You specify the run length, we manufacture the product to that length. As few as one piece per order.
RGB is available now on the PW. Pixel-Controlled RGB is in development — if you are specifying a project that requires dynamic pixel control along the walkway profile, contact us for development timeline and early-access availability.

Where PW Works
Architectural Walkways
Recessed into walkway channel profiles in commercial plazas, lobby floors, and exterior architectural paths. The 25mm circular cross-section fits standard off-the-shelf channel profiles. The 10m max run covers most single-zone walkway runs without a mid-run power injection.
Step Nosing
The 25mm profile fits step nosing extrusions. The flexible profile handles step tread widths without connectors at each end — ordered to exact tread length with clean terminations. The seamless output provides even step definition regardless of step width.
Casino, Theater, and Hotel Flooring
Aisle definition lighting in entertainment venues, hotel corridors, and theater seating sections. The IP68 rating handles cleaning and mopping cycles. The seamless output means no periodic bright spots in the aisle view — a continuous even line.
Bridges and Boardwalks
Exterior pedestrian infrastructure where IP68 is the baseline requirement and the 10m max run matches standard span lengths. The saltwater and UV resistance specifications cover coastal boardwalk environments specifically.

PW and DV share the same 25mm circular cross-section and IP68 rating, but they are different products built for different applications. The key difference is bending capability and load rating.

Use PW for pedestrian walkways, step nosing, and architectural paths. Use DV for driveways, parking entry features, roundabouts, and any surface that vehicles will cross. Do not use PW for vehicle-load applications — it is not vehicle-load rated.

Made to Your Length
The PW is not a stock item available for standard add-to-cart purchase. All orders are handled through the custom project inquiry process. You provide your run lengths, color temperature, and application details. We return a quote and production lead time within two to three business days.
Cannot be cut after production. Specify your exact run length at the time of inquiry. The product is manufactured to that length — field cutting compromises the IP68 waterproofing and voids the warranty. For multi-zone projects, specify each zone as a separate run.
