A 25mm circular LED profile engineered for driveways, roundabouts, and vehicle-load applications. True 3D bending on both horizontal and vertical axes. IP68. Vehicle-load rated for standard automobiles. Made to your specified length.
The Pixel-Free LED™ DV is a 25mm circular profile LED built specifically for driveway channels, porte-cochère entrances, roundabout edging, and any installation where standard vehicles will cross or roll over the lighting surface. The vehicle-load rating, combined with IP68 waterproofing and true 3D bending capability, makes the DV the right product for automotive and infrastructure applications where the PW walkway profile is not appropriate.
The DV shares the same 25mm circular cross-section as the PW, but it is a fundamentally different product internally. The structural design is built for vertical compression loads from vehicle tires. The bending specification is true 3D — the DV can be bent on both the horizontal and vertical axes, which enables it to follow the grade changes, curb transitions, and surface irregularities common in driveway and exterior automotive installations.
Vehicle load rating applies to standard passenger automobiles. The DV is not rated for heavy commercial vehicles, trucks, or construction equipment. If your application involves vehicles above standard passenger car weight, contact us before specifying.

Wiring note: The DV uses Brown+ / Blue− connector wiring — different from the PW's Red+ / Black−. If you are specifying both products in a multi-zone project, verify wiring at the power supply connection point before installation. Do not assume connectors are interchangeable.
The DV's true 3D bending capability is not a minor specification note — it is the architectural reason the product exists. Driveways are not flat planes. They have crown profiles, grade transitions at curb cuts, elevation changes across vehicle approaches, and curved entry alignments. A product that only bends on one axis cannot follow this geometry.
The PW bends side-to-side. This works for walkways, step nosing, and flat architectural floor applications where the product follows a horizontal path on a level plane. Driveways introduce vertical grade changes — the approach from the street rises, the surface crowns for drainage, the channel meets a curb cut at an angle. These transitions require vertical bending as well as horizontal.
The DV bends on both axes simultaneously. A single continuous run can follow a curved entry alignment with a grade change without requiring field joints or corner connectors at the transition. This matters for waterproofing — every field joint is a potential ingress point. Fewer joints mean better long-term performance.
750mm minimum bend radius — the DV is more flexible on vertical bends than it is on horizontal bends, but both axes require respect for the minimum radius. Forcing the product below its minimum radius will cause structural failure and void the warranty.
Continuous DV runs embedded in driveway surface channels along the entry path. The 3D bending handles grade transitions at the street connection and slope changes across the driveway surface. The vehicle load rating covers all standard passenger and light commercial vehicles on a residential property.
Display lane edge lighting in automotive retail environments. The DV handles vehicle traffic on display floors and drive lanes while providing the seamless linear output that high-end automotive environments require. Used for vehicle display turntable perimeters and drive lane definition.
The side-bending capability follows the curved geometry of roundabout edge channels. The vehicle load rating covers vehicles that mount curbs at low speed. IP68 handles the drainage conditions of paved traffic features.
Driveway channel lighting beneath covered vehicle drop-off areas. The DV handles the combination of vehicle loads and weather exposure that porte-cochère canopy edges experience. The 3D bending accommodates the grade change from the exterior approach to the covered entry surface.
Level transition lighting on parking structure ramps. The 3D bending follows ramp grade changes continuously. The IP68 rating handles the drainage, cleaning, and weather exposure of open parking structures. The vehicle load rating covers standard parking structure traffic.

If the surface will carry vehicles, use DV. If not, use PW — it bends tighter, runs longer, and RGB is available now.
Need the walkway profile? The PW bends tighter, runs 10 meters, and RGB is available now.
See Pixel-Free LED™ PW →The DV is not available as a standard catalog product. All orders are handled through the custom project inquiry process. Provide your run lengths, color temperature, application type, and vehicle load requirements. We return a quote and lead time within two to three business days.
Cannot be cut after production. The product is manufactured to your specified length. Field cutting compromises the IP68 rating and voids the warranty. For projects with multiple zones, specify each run as a separate piece.
RGB and Pixel-Controlled RGB are in development for the DV profile. If your project requires color-changing driveway LED in the DV profile, contact us to discuss development timeline and early availability for your project.
