All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code (RAC). Items returned without a RAC will be refused and no refund will be given. To receive and RAC simply contact Ellumiglow.com at info@ellumiglow and simply reference your Order ID Number. Our telephone staff will not be authorized to give an RAC Number over the phone. Please note that our evening and weekend staff will not have access to your order.
All items that come in boxes must be returned in the same boxes. Returns must be picked up and in transit no more than 30 days from the date of delivery and must include all instructions, pieces etc. On approved returns we offer a complete refund less all shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. We will make all of the shipping arrangements for you. Please note if you have small doorways, halls or elevators that some large boxes may not fit. Please call for exact dimensions if you are concerned. Orders that will not fit in to a customers home will be subject to this return policy.
Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of many products, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. These include custom lengths or custom made orders of EL Wire, EL Tape, EL Paint, EL Panels, LED Strip Lights, Laser Wire, and VynEL. If you are concerned about the returnability of your products, please call or email us before your purchase.
Due to the nature of EL Paint, any EL Paint orders are ineligible for return, unless the product is defective at the time of delivery. In the event of defective paint and/or other items, the items will be exchanged and shipping costs will be the responsibility of Ellumiglow. Exchanged paint or items may be required to be packaged for shipment by the purchaser.
Please note: Custom cut or custom made lighting applications, driver or programming are non-cancellable, non-returnable upon order commencement. Lighting devices (Electroluminescent, Laser, LED products) from Ellumiglow/Future Illuminations/Breach Industries, LLC used in combination with a driver and/or inverter from outside companies voids product warranty without exceptions.
We've made the returns process simple. Products purchased through Ellumiglow and under warranty* may be returned for replacement by following these steps:
1. Contact Ellumiglow's Customer Service at 877-615-6556, or email support@ellumiglow.com to obtain an RAC number. NOTE:Submissions without an RAC number will not be completed.
2. Fill out the Return Authorization Form in its entirety and submit the form. Please write the RAC code on outside of shipping box.
3. Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions.
4. Our Replacement Department will process your request.
