The new Pixel-Free LED™ 360° - Stiff LED Tube Light is a brilliant version of our standard Pixel-Free LED™ 360° light. We added a rigid membrane to the center which helps the product remain straight over a distance without sagging. It can stand up straight, or create unique 2D or 3D architectural shapes. The product is flexible enough to create shapes, but also rigid enough to stand up on itself, or hang over a distance to prevent sagging. We recommend supporting the product every 1-2 meters for best results.

The indoor/outdoor grade IP65 housing allows you to use for countless applications, while the numerous protections (fire retardant, salt water, acid, alkali, corrosion, and UV resistance) allow for use in nearly any climate. A vast working temperature (-25-55C) allows for use nearly globally. Great for retail, trade show, stage performances, commercial, residential, museum, gallery, design studios and much more.

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL (International). Most orders process in 24–48 hours. Custom cut or custom made orders can exceed this. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Returns

All returns require a return authorization code (RAC). Email info@ellumiglow.com with your Order ID to receive one. Approved returns receive a full refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Custom Orders: Custom lengths of EL Wire, EL Tape, EL Paint, EL Panels, LED Strip Lights, Laser Wire, SewGlo and VynEL™ are non-returnable due to their custom nature.

  2. Write the RAC code on the outside of your return package.
  3. Ship the item back per our instructions.
