500 meters. One module. Zero hotspots.

Standard Laser Wire® profiles are optimized for runs up to 10 meters. Prism solves the problem for applications that need hundreds of meters of continuous, even light from a single source. A single CoreDrive 450nm module illuminates the full run with no repeaters, no power injections, and no visible hotspots.

Color in Prism works differently than standard Laser Wire®. Fluorescent powder embedded in the PVC jacket converts the 450nm blue laser output into your chosen color. The module is always the same — color is controlled at the jacket level. That means the same installation can be recolored simply by specifying a different jacket at order.

Color Availability

Color lives in the jacket, not the module.

Standard colors ship from inventory with no minimum order. Non-standard colors are available with a 500m minimum order per color. Every color uses the same CoreDrive module — no special hardware required.

Power Source

CoreDrive 450nm Module

Prism is powered by the CoreDrive 450nm Laser Module. The 450nm blue wavelength energizes the fluorescent powder in the Prism jacket. The visible output color is determined entirely by the jacket — not the module. One CoreDrive drives one cable run of up to 500m.
