The VynEL™ HD Sphere is a pre-cut circular panel built for durability in demanding applications. At 115mm (4.5") overall diameter with a 98mm (3.85") glowing surface, it delivers serious visual impact on outerwear, gear, bags, helmets, and costume builds that need to hold up under real-world conditions.
Built on HD Technology
The HD material is VynEL™'s heavy duty formulation - textured finish, 0.5-0.8mm thick, IP67 rated, and rated for 25+ machine wash cycles. It sews or heat bonds directly to fabric and holds its shape under repeated use. When your application needs a light element that doesn't quit, HD is the right material.

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL (International). Most orders process in 24–48 hours. Custom cut or custom made orders can exceed this. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.
Returns
All returns require a return authorization code (RAC). Email info@ellumiglow.com with your Order ID to receive one. Approved returns receive a full refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Custom Orders: Custom lengths of EL Wire, EL Tape, EL Paint, EL Panels, LED Strip Lights, Laser Wire, SewGlo and VynEL™ are non-returnable due to their custom nature.

- Write the RAC code on the outside of your return package.
