The VynEL™ HD Badge is a pre-cut rectangular panel at 51mm x 77mm (2" x 3") - business card footprint, built to light up. Clean edges, consistent glow, and the durability of the HD formulation make it the go-to shape for branded apparel elements, chest patches, bag panels, and costume builds.
Built on HD Technology
The HD material is VynEL™'s heavy duty formulation -- textured finish, 0.5-0.8mm thick, IP67 rated, and rated for 25+ machine wash cycles. It sews or heat bonds directly to fabric and holds up under repeated use. When your application needs a light element that doesn't quit, HD is the right material.

Returns
All returns require a return authorization code (RAC). Email info@ellumiglow.com with your Order ID to receive one. Approved returns receive a full refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Custom Orders: Custom lengths of EL Wire, EL Tape, EL Paint, EL Panels, LED Strip Lights, Laser Wire, SewGlo and VynEL™ are non-returnable due to their custom nature.
