This sample kit is a 0.5m (19.5") length of Pixel-Free LED Trim product to allow customers to see prior to purchasing longer reels. It comes with a 24V Power Supply and DC Barrel Connector. Please select color temperature using the drop down window.

Returns

All returns require a return authorization code (RAC). Email info@ellumiglow.com with your Order ID to receive one. Approved returns receive a full refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Custom Orders: Custom lengths of EL Wire, EL Tape, EL Paint, EL Panels, LED Strip Lights, Laser Wire, SewGlo and VynEL™ are non-returnable due to their custom nature.

  2. Write the RAC code on the outside of your return package.
  3. Ship the item back per our instructions.
