The specially designed inverter is compatible with both Mac and Windows computers, easily controlled through a UART bridge with detailed documentation provided. The inverter comes with a USB B type connection which can be directly connected to a computer or laptop. It also has a fine tuning dimming adjustment for manual dimming. NOTE: Due to the size of this panel, you may notice small areas where dust particles are trapped inside the polycarbonate. These do not affect most software calibrations and flat frame

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL (International). Most orders process in 24–48 hours. Custom cut or custom made orders can exceed this. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.
Returns
All returns require a return authorization code (RAC). Email info@ellumiglow.com with your Order ID to receive one. Approved returns receive a full refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Custom Orders: Custom lengths of EL Wire, EL Tape, EL Paint, EL Panels, LED Strip Lights, Laser Wire, SewGlo and VynEL™ are non-returnable due to their custom nature.
