The Lumilor BASE 4oz Starter Kit is a great kit when you are starting out with EL Paint and new to Lumilor in general. The Starter Kit comes with everything you need to be successful, including the paint bundle, connectors, inverter, test panels and more. We typically recommend this kit when you are learning the application process of Lumilor and it gives you a chance to purchase a kit at a great price. Now you can add light to nearly anything like bikes, cars, planes, helmets, and much more.

Shipping

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL (International). Most orders process in 24–48 hours. Custom cut or custom made orders can exceed this. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

Returns

All returns require a return authorization code (RAC). Email info@ellumiglow.com with your Order ID to receive one. Approved returns receive a full refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

Custom Orders: Custom lengths of EL Wire, EL Tape, EL Paint, EL Panels, LED Strip Lights, Laser Wire, SewGlo and VynEL™ are non-returnable due to their custom nature.

Return Steps

  1. Contact us at 877-615-6556 or support@ellumiglow.com for an RAC number.
  2. Write the RAC code on the outside of your return package.
  3. Ship the item back per our instructions.
  4. Our team will process your replacement or refund.
