The Wavelux Ultra-Short Throw Light Bar is a specially designed light bar for retail and tradeshow environments for customers looking to backlight SEG graphics, Vinyl Decals or common LED Light Boxes. The high light output and near instant diffusion means the lighting elements can be spaced out farther apart, requiring less power to achieve beautiful even illumination. The Wavelux Ultra-Short Throw LED Light Bar is different than a typical LED Strip, because the lights are on an aluminum backing, which effectively absorbs a lot of the heat given off by the LED's. This Light bar is also unique because it allows for 160° of light projection, as opposed to typical LED strips which illuminate somewhere around a 90°-110°. The LED's are spaced about 35mm apart, and they have a specialized diffusion which disperse the evenly, even from very short distances. This makes it ideal for backlighting small cabinets or light boxes, or using linear accent lighting in a whole new way. This light bar is desirable when you don't want to see the individual lights, but you want something to be bright, cost effective and energy efficient. It is ideal for use in applications such as SEG (Silicon Edge Graphics) or LED boxes, or if a continuous even lighting aesthetic is desired. The light output of one bar is 1050-1200 Lumens (long) and 525-600 (short). This is the equivalent to the output of 1-2 common light bulbs. Another perk of this bar is that you can array multiple bars together without any special tools to make long, impressive linear accent lighting applications.
